Fude is one of Winnipeg’s most applauded restaurants.  I had the chance to meet Chris, Fude’s owner, recently.  He is a genuine guy who knows his business well, and has created a dining experience that is something you’ll tell others about. As well, Fude’s commitment to supporting local food producers makes them a worthy candidate for our Sustainable Living Week on LowCarbWinnipeg. From their website:

“We shop locally, over 90% of the protein on our menu comes from right here in Manitoba
And whenever possible we use locally grown and harvested ingredients.”
