Order: Greek style ribs (half rack or full), no potatoes extra veggies, salad to start.
Ribs are usually a no-go for the low-carber simply because of the barbecue sauce (which is usually loaded with sugar). However, Greek-style ribs don’t have a barbecue sauce, but rather are seasoned and basted with lemon, olive oil and (typically) white wine vinegar (I don’t actually know what the recipe is at Pony Corral, but it’s not barbecue sauce). It’s possible that they may use a wee bit of sugar in their recipe, though if there’s any, it likely isn’t much.
